We spend quality time with each and every patient and recognize our patients' commitment to improving their health. To continue this standard of care for everyone, we have a cancellation policy in place as of Oct. 1st, 2010.
At the time of booking, we require a credit card number which will not be charged to confirm your appointment time. Cancellation requires a 48-hour notice in advance of your appointment. In case of a no-show or a cancellation without a timely notice, a $60 fee will be assessed.
Follow Up Patients:
Cancellation requires a 24-hour notice in advance of your appointment. In case of a no-show or cancellation without timely notice, a $35 fee will be assessed.
